Sorry for the short notice, but I just found out. 2 Snowmobile Safety Courses are being offered this weekend. Youths 10-17 need to take this course to legally operate a snowmobile by themselves. Also adults can get 10% off your snowmobile insurance for 3 years if they take it!!Trail Tamers is offering one Saturday, February 7th, 2009. Spaces are limited, and you need to call 962-5627 for reservations.
Chemung County Sheriff's Office will host one on Sunday, February 8th, 2009 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Southport Fire Department at 1001 Carl St.. To register call Lorraine Lambert @ 607-737-2987.
***I am pretty sure these are always free, and lunch is provided. Tell anybody you know. Some people were asking at the last Poker Run. Thanks.
