Trail Signing and Opening Work bee December 20th, 2008 9am, 8:30 if you want to be a group leader. Things to bring: 4wheeler if we have little to no snow, snowmobile if we have snow, screw gun, chain saw, truck, loppers, and friend(s).


Poker Runs/Food drives

*Note: At all of our poker runs this year part of the registration fee will be a minimum of 1 can of food or $1 donation on top of the regular registration fee. All proceeds from the extra fee along with the food to be donated to the Southern Tier Food Pantry.

January 18th, 2009 (Sunday)
February 21st, 2009 (Saturday) Also our Membership Only Party will be right after the poker run
March 8th, 2009 (Sunday)

Membership Only Party February 21st, 2009(as before mentioned) Immediately following the Poker Run. We have been talking about adding a "dish to pass" brought by the members to the menu.

Landowner Party April 19th, 2009 (Free chicken barbecue to all landowners and members)

More detailed information to follow, but we just wanted to get this out there so people can start planning.

For the Poker Runs, what is the registration fee along with the $1 and can food extra. I'm very interested and plan on atleast attending 1 if not all 3. I'm sure my brother and father might be interested as well.

I too would be interested in knowing the particulars....I would be able to attend the Sat. poker run, and could bring a few more along as well most likely....

In the past the cost per hand has been $10, three hands for $20.
I don't think that we have decided this years costs yet, but it will probubly be the same.

Cost for poker run is $10 a hand, 3 hands for $25. Also we are having a Feed the Hungry Food Drive with this Poker run so you are asked to bring a can of food for donation. Donations will go to the Chemung County Food Pantry. Trails will be groomed tonight. Should be a good run. Come and meet some new friends.
