I'm trying to accumulate some parts that I could see needing in the future and carb boots are on my list. Are they also know as carb sockets? I was on Skidoos website and it's the closest thing I can find. If anybody has a set of OEM boots for a 2000 MXZ 700 they want to sell, let me know.

That's what I saw as well....for 144 bucks a piece! Friggin' ridiculous....Call Hudon's Sled Salvage @ 315-896-4357, maybe they have 'em.

I do not have the boots you are looking for. I took my boots off today. I took two pictures. Not to bad being the first time pulling sled carbs out. Here is a picture of the left boot and a hole in it. Now it is time to get some new ones.

Here are a few pictures of intakes for my 2003 Ski Doo 600 H.O. Old to new. OEM to Boyesen Rage Cage. No more rubber to delaminate. From four pedal reeds to three pedal two stage reeds. New to old intake view off machine. Three pictures of intakes on machine. Be sure to check oiler cable when doing this job. Mine was hanging up. Kit comes with reeds and gaskets. Started up machine today and put it in the shed before the hurricane gets here.
