My son and I were in Pulaski Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We Stayed at the Portly angler. Trail 5A South from the Portly angler was not good with deep water holes. They were grooming it North of the Portly angler when we were leaving Sunday. We rode about 35 miles Friday evening around Pulaski. On Saturday we did a 170 mile loop up to Copenhagen then down to Highmarket Inn for lunch. After Lunch we headed back to Pulaski. Sunday we did a 50 mile loop and had breakfast at Shars Diner before packing up. On the 170 mile loop we took C5A out of Pulaski and connected to C5 after Little John road. We followed C5 North all of the way to Copenhagen. We then took C5K to C5B to C5H to C4H to C4C and ate at the Highmarket Inn. After lunch we followed C4A to C5C back to C5 then to C5A We picked up S51 at Little John road and took it back to Pulaski. The Hill was very busy and bumpy with all Else being fair to very good. Winona state forest was sweet. It was great to get out.

I was up at Tug last weekend, did not go to Pulaski tho. The trails were covered but massively bumpy. You may know, but you can get pretty up to date trail conditions on www.absolutesnowmobile.com

Went to Pulaski Thurs pm and rode today also the trails from the Portley Angler east were great. Rode from there threw Lacona, to the Lake Effect then on corridor 51 back to Pulaski put on about 80 miles. Trails were very good condition (Thanks Jerry, who we also met and gave us the tip, great job with the groomer). When we left at 5 pm was raining and freezing rain. The weather said they might get heavy snow tonight. Had a great time.

For anyone interested this is the website for the www.theportlyanglerlodge.com/ motel. C5A goes through the motel yard and the C5A & S51 junction is just to the north across the river. They have big rooms and plenty of hooks to hang your gear.
