This year I put new rollers in my primary clutch. I put new bushings in my spindle legs. I bought a new battery.

This year I'm going to install reverse in my 04 AC Sabercat 600. I finally purchased all the used parts for about $225. Going into garage soon. Can't believe I have gone all these years without it.

Re-wired my year old trailer. The whole thing was done with scotch-lok 1-to-2 wire splices. Ridiculous.
Waiting for a couple of pieces to relocate the license plate from underneath. Wit the torsion axle it the bottom of the plat is only a few inches off the ground.
On the sled just cleaned up some corrosion. PO must have trailered it without a cover. Not bad overall but glad to get it done.

I picked up a new (to me) sled and a covered trailer over the summer. My dad also bought a sled last year so hes been fixing up the trailer lights and such, nothing major so far but we did have to re-arrange the tracks on the deck to fit our sleds. I picked up a 2006 Mach Z Adrenaline 1000. I have the skid out and all the wheels off, trying to get the bearings replaced but those d**n snap rings are a PITA. All tool recommendations for getting them out are welcome, everything I have thrown at them thus far has failed. I may break down and just take em to Dougs for lack of a better option as I have broke one already and got 0 out in 4 hours of trying with my snap ring pliers. I also took out the shocks and plan to take them to Hygear for a rebuild, Shafts are in good shape on them though so it should be straightforward. I also replaced the fuel filter assembly as well on Saturday, the sled has 5900 miles on it and they recommend you do it at 5000ish (apparently). It was decently easy after I figured out there's a nut way the hec up in the aluminum frame that you have somehow get a wrench on in order to get the fuel filter clamp off. After 20 minutes or so I worked out how to get a wrench up there and the rest was decently easy. Lets hope I can get it all back together after I get these bearings replaced, this is the first time I have had any skid all the way out but it is 100x easier to work on these this way (as I was told many times). Last year I took both shocks out of my other sled without removing the skid and ill never do that again. All this and it was 60 degrees today, but that being said, at least we have the covered two place trailer to go north with now.
We went to start dads 2004 MXZ 800 and it wouldn't start, by the time we worked out what was going on, he had destroyed the starter (all teeth gone). It appears it wasn't engaging all the way and it did give us some problems last year on the trail, so its likely for the best. The flywheel is in good shape but we haven't found a good youtube on it yet on how to replace the starter, here's to hoping its not too hard to figure out.
