I saw a video on another forum from a guy who used a Helmet Camera he got on ebay. It was a 9 minute video of him riding around on his sled. The quality was really good. Does anyone know of these or have any info on which ones are good or bad?

I used a Canon Optura 20 with a remote "eye" camera in my racecar to get track footage. Worked wonderfully, till it got stolen.
The small remote len/camera attachment was tiny. I made a tiny bracket to attach it to my door striker. Anyway, it was tiny enough that you could mount it anywhere you wanted (even behind your helmet shield if you really wanted to). I forget where I got the remote camera though, sorry. It was cheap.
I'd say get a camera with an input and find a cheap remote lens/camera for it. The cheaper ones will only get sound from the main camera itself, but if you plan to edit it and add music, that doesn't matter too much.
Wish I could give more details, but it's been almost 2 years since I had that camera setup
