I'm thinking the Yammi would stay on the trails. ;D ;D If I ever buried it in that snow they would find me in the spring....

It's only about 6 hours away from Norwich on good roads.

Awesome pictures!
These guys are babies. 6 hours is nothing. We will be in the ground for eternity. Whoever wants to go I am in.. just say the date.

Well, as usual I'm a little behind the "eight ball" but, welcome aboard Roady! I've seen your posts on the other sites...blah..blah...blah. I don't post much on them or take issue with what is there..mostly trolling, non-sport nonsense, personal attacks...blah..blah...blah. I love this site because they (we) discuss this great sport we all love and everyone keeps the mean spirited personal attacks out of here. I've ridden with many from here in my short amount of time with these folks and always had a great time! I have some familiarity with the New Hampshire scene.....my family migrated south into the United States from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia area back when I was a wee lad. We had a four year stay in New Hampshire when my father was a herd manager for one of Peter Fuller's farms in North Hampton Beach. I had an uncle and family who lived up in Exeter (remember the Exeter incident you old timers?....where the aliens supposedly came to Exeter New Hampshire for a little visit?) Anyways....I spent a good deal of my childhood hiking up Mt. Washington and playing in the Granite Quarrys with all the snakes...GOD I HATE SNAKES NOW!!!!! My folks used to raise Basset Hounds and we traded a puppy for a 1965 Ski-Doo Bombardier snowmobile. Man, we had so much fun on that sled! My brother and I had that sled until 1986 or so...sold it to a friend who kept it going...don't know now. Wish I still had it, d@mn thing was bullet proof and a ton of fun to ride...not to mention great at breaking trails. When we moved to Central New York, there were only a handfull of folks, (mostly us farmers and little sled dealers operating out of garages) that started this new concept of trail riding. Look what has become of it today! Sorry for all that rambling....just brings back good memories I like to share.

Welcome! I really like your down to earth perspective on the sport, and you are entirely accurate! Thank you for all that you do, and maybe I'll catch you on your way to New York!
