Without snow to ride, I just can't stop modding the sled. New skid plate and A arm protectors: Tunnel Reinforcement:

That looks great Scott! Thanks, Duane. Tonight I had some time, not really, I have plenty of other things that I should be doing, but I removed some of the stock stickers and the lawyers' warning labels for a cleaner look.

Oh man, you didn't! Now how are you going to know to read the owners manual prior to operating the sled? ;D (they do get a bit carried away with the warnings on 'em don't they?)

But sleds are not as bad as equipment. There are so many warning labels today you can't tell what color things are any more. I just need a few labels: tell me what's going to kill me. If I'm too stupid to know the exhaust may be hot, I deserve to get burned...I don't need a label. Oh, and I have gotten burned...my own stupidity. ;D

The itch for snow is getting worse so I decided to add more LED lights. I had a bunch left over and finally thought of a way to add them to the tunnel. I started with some scrap aluminum stock, cut to 14" I drilled 1/2" holes evenly spaced. Yeah, my workshop is a mess...I should be organizing instead of fiddling with this stuff. Installed and wired. Plastic ties are temporary to keep things organized. I filled the back with RTV Silicone.

I'm going to mount the under the running boards, next to the tunnel. The plan is the light will also come out through the holes in the running boards. The will be centered under the yellow tunnel protectors.

Lights are on. Not the best pictures, but I hope it will look better on the snow. View from top of the running boards: From under the sled:
